We are aware that most people hate the thought of unplugging all the wires from the back of a PC to take it to a shop, then collect it after a repair and face the daunting task of figuring out which cable came from where!
As an alternative, we offer on-site support. Just pick up the phone, arrange a day and time and we will come to you. If we cannot fix it on site, WE will do all the disconnecting, WE will take it away, WE will bring it back and WE will re-connect everything for you.
Our standard hourly rate is £50 per hour (we offer lower rates for PLR customers as set out below).
We DO NOT aim to offer the lowest hourly rate around, we aim to offer VALUE FOR MONEY. You may find a company that will charge you £25 per hour, but if it takes an in-experienced engineer 2 hours to complete a job that an experienced engineer from Whiteside Computer's would complete in 1 hour, £25 per hour is not such good value for money!

Some customers expect us to drop everything and rush to their aid the minute they call! If this is the kind of service you require then you can have it. Simply take out an annual PLR agreement and you can be assured of a speedy service whenever you have a problem.
Pricing for our PLR contracts is below. If you feel that none of the contracts suit your particular needs we will be happy to tailor a contract specifically for you. - Remote server management with monthly checks of server status, error logs, etc
Gold - £1200.00 per annum
- No Emergency call-out charge
- Hourly Rate - £45.00 per hour for on site (No travelling time charges)
- Same day (8 working hour) response in the event of a breakdown
- Remote Desktop Support
- Unlimited telephone support (subject to fair use)
- Emergency out of hours contact number
- Remote server management with weekly checks of server status, error logs, etc
The remote server management will reduce site visits as many tasks can be performed remotely using our remote management software.
All contract charges are payable annually in advance from January to December.
